In 2019, in the city of Barnaul (Altai Territory, Russia), a multi-purpose oil press complex with a capacity of 120 tons per day for processing rapeseed and flax seeds was officially put into operation. The project is fully adapted to the local needs of oilseed processing. The main equipment used is a screw oil press model YZYX140 8GX, which implements proven two-stage pressing technology, specially adapted for the simultaneous processing of two types of raw materials - rapeseed and flax.
This oil press is equipped with a reinforced gearbox, ensuring stable operation and high reliability in foreign operating conditions. Two-stage pressing technology makes it possible to extract oil from seeds as completely as possible, significantly increasing the yield of the finished product and reducing losses of raw materials. The equipment is characterized by a high degree of automation, ease of operation and is designed for large-scale production. The quality of the resulting oil is consistently high and fully complies with local food safety standards.
The successful implementation of this project made it possible to fill the lack of capacity for fine processing of local oilseeds, contributed to improving the efficiency and quality of products of the oil and fat industry in the Siberian region of Russia, and also provided valuable practical experience for subsequent projects on the processing of oilseeds abroad.
