In 2019, in the city of Bayan Nur (Inner Mongolia), a multi-profile oil processing complex of Xinchunyang Fat and Oil Plant LLC was successfully put into operation. The project includes several highly automated lines that meet the most stringent standards: a sunflower seed oil pressing line with a capacity of 150 t/d, extraction equipment with a capacity of 100 t/d, a fully continuous refining line with a capacity of 50 t/d and specialized equipment for pressing pumpkin seed oil with a capacity of 30 t/d. Thanks to this, the possibility of large-scale and fine processing of various types of oilseed raw materials is ensured.
The equipment is characterized by a high degree of automation and stable operation, which allows you to combine high productivity with maintaining the quality of the finished product. The complex provides a full technological cycle - from pressing and extraction to refining - in full compliance with food safety standards, which guarantees high purity and rich taste of the resulting oils. General Director of Xinchunyang Oil Company, Mr. Wang Zhigang, highly appreciated the quality of the supplied equipment and the comprehensive service provided.
The implementation of this project made it possible to fill the gaps in the processing of local oilseeds, expand the range of processed raw materials (sunflower and pumpkin seeds), and also contributed to increasing the efficiency and quality of products in the northern regions, and the transition to standardized production in the oil and fat industry.
