In 2004, a corn germ processing project with a capacity of 250 tons per day, including pressing and extraction, was officially put into operation in Shijiazhuang City (Hebei Province). The project is focused on deep processing of corn germ using advanced extraction technology, which allows for large-scale and highly efficient extraction of oil from corn germ, filling the gap in fine processing capacity of corn germ in the region.
The project is based on modern corn germ extraction technology, which, compared to traditional pressing, allows for more complete extraction of residual oil from the germ, significantly increasing the utilization rate of raw materials and the overall oil yield, as well as reducing raw material losses. The entire technological process is characterized by a high degree of automation and strict adherence to regulations, which guarantees stable quality of corn oil - its purity and light color, meeting state standards for edible vegetable oils.
The implementation of this project promotes the efficient use of corn processing by-products, improves the chain of deep processing of grains and oilseeds, and also helps improve the quality and efficiency of the oil and fat industry in Shijiazhuang and surrounding regions, ensuring its large-scale and high-quality development.
