In 2016, a compact intelligent complex for refining oils and fats with a capacity of 10 tons per day was successfully put into operation in Kazakhstan, which contributed to the modernization of the local oil and fat industry. The project is aimed at medium and low-capacity enterprises and is fully adapted to the needs of refining various types of vegetable oils characteristic of the region. The equipment is characterized by stable operation and is adapted to operating conditions abroad.
The refining line includes a full set of standard technological units that ensure the effective implementation of all stages of purification: degumming, neutralization (deacid treatment), bleaching and deodorization. This allows you to reliably remove impurities and unwanted substances from raw oils, improving their color and taste characteristics. The finished product meets established quality standards and local food safety standards.
This project is compact, highly cost-effective and easy to maintain, which makes it an ideal solution for the development of small and medium-sized oil processing enterprises in Kazakhstan. The implementation of the project made it possible to significantly increase the level of processing of oilseed raw materials in the region and served as a high-quality example for the construction of similar small refining plants in the countries of Central Asia.
