In 2023, in Jiaozuo City (Henan Province), construction was successfully completed and a fuel oil refining project with a capacity of 80 tons per day was put into operation. The project is focused on the purification and upgrading of industrial fuel oil, adapted to the needs of small and medium-sized refineries and significantly improves the local industrial oil recycling chain.
The project uses proven standardized refining technology, which ensures effective removal of moisture, mechanical impurities, resinous compounds and harmful substances from crude oil. This significantly improves the purity, heating value and stability of the fuel oil, improving its overall performance. The equipment is characterized by a high degree of automation, stable operation, low energy consumption, as well as ease of operation and maintenance, which fully complies with industrial environmental safety standards.
The implementation of this project has improved the efficiency of waste oil recycling, promoted the transition to green, fine and standardized processing of industrial oils, provided enterprises in Jiaozuo and neighboring regions with high-quality fuel oil, and given impetus to the development of energy-saving and low-carbon industries in the region.
