In 2021, a cottonseed oil refining project with a capacity of 100 tons per day was successfully commissioned in the city of Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan). The project was implemented based on rich local resources of high-quality cotton raw materials with the full assistance of the general distributor in Uzbekistan, which ensured effective coordination, rapid installation and commissioning of equipment, as well as timely commissioning.
The project is equipped with a standardized cottonseed oil refining line, which allows systematically carrying out all stages of purification: degumming, neutralization (deacid treatment), bleaching and deodorization. This ensures the effective removal of impurities, colloidal substances and off-odors from the crude oil, significantly increasing its purity and quality. The finished products comply with local standards for edible vegetable oils. The equipment is characterized by a high degree of automation, stable operation and ease of maintenance, which fully meets the requirements of large-scale production in the region.
The implementation of this project made it possible to complete the formation of a chain of deep processing of cottonseed oil in Tashkent and increase the added value of local by-products of cotton processing. Thanks to the advantages of local distribution service, this project has become an exemplary example of the effective implementation of oil and fat equipment abroad and the organization of its local maintenance in the countries of Central Asia.
