The EXP series universal type extruder (hereinafter referred to as the extruder) is primarily designed for the production of two types of raw materials in the feed industry: extruded full-fat soybean meal and corn meal. The operating section in this manual applies to these two raw materials. In addition to these two raw materials, this extruder can also be applied in some new fields, such as heat treatment of rice flour, grain processing, and pre-treatment of oilseed raw materials in the fat and oil industry. In addition, the extruder can be used to heat treat mixed materials, such as mixtures of corn and soybean flour in various proportions.
In these new applications, since the physical properties of the raw material change and different users have different requirements for the quality of the extruded product, it is necessary to evaluate both the physical properties of the raw material and the quality of the extrudate. This requires adjusting the existing equipment configuration and conducting a series of tests, which will ultimately achieve the optimal result.

This roaster is an upgraded version of the existing drum roaster and is the latest product developed by our factory.
