It features high productivity, uniform and adjustable grinding size, low energy consumption and low noise, and has the advantages of small footprint, compact structure, convenient operation, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
The machine consists of the following main parts: frame, feeding device, magnetic separator, drive mechanism, gear rollers, lubrication system, safety guards, etc. (see Fig. 1).
1.1.The bed is a load-bearing part of the equipment and is a welded frame structure made of steel sheet and rolled profiles, providing a reliable platform for the normal operation of the machine.
2.The feeding device is gear driven and adopts the toothed roller feeding principle, which ensures continuous, uniform and reliable loading of material.
3.The magnetic separator is equipped with powerful permanent magnets and is designed to capture ferromagnetic impurities that accidentally enter the raw material.
4.The feed adjustment device allows you to change the degree of opening of the damper using the adjustment handle, thereby setting the required performance.
5. The machine is driven by two electric motors with V-belt transmission. A distinctive feature is the high rotation speed of the gear rolls and the large difference in rotation speed between the rolls in a pair, which significantly increases productivity and processing efficiency.
6. Toothed rollers are the main working part of the machine. The rolls are manufactured by centrifugal casting, their working surface layer is made of hard alloy with a thickness of at least 25 mm, which ensures high strength and wear resistance. During assembly, cold landing technology is used. The rollers are cut with a toothed profile, optimally selected for splitting and peeling of this type of raw material; For each pair of rollers, a rational speed ratio is set, thereby achieving high productivity and efficiency. In addition, due to the sequential operation of two pairs of rolls (upper and lower), with the teeth of the upper pair being larger and the lower pair being smaller, each pair operates in a reduced load mode, which allows reducing the degree of material grinding, increasing efficiency, reducing wear of mechanisms, and also reducing vibration and noise levels.
The gap between the rollers in each pair is adjustable. Thanks to the clever design of the adjustment mechanism, the operator only needs to turn the nut slightly with a wrench to change the roll gap. This mechanism is not only convenient to operate and maintain, but is also equipped with a roll protection system: if a solid foreign object gets in, the rolls are able to move back to an acceptable amount, preventing damage to the rolls and the passage of solid impurities.
In addition, power is transmitted to the rolls through V-belt drives, each of which is equipped with a tensioner.
(There is also an air suction hole at the top rear of the machine. When this hole is connected to the aspiration system, some of the dust is removed from the internal cavity, and the machine operates under vacuum, which prevents dust from being knocked out.)
