Used for filtering various high-quality edible oils: walnut oil, tea tree seed oil, Inca inchi oil, sea buckthorn seed oil, pine nut oil, maple seed oil and others; in the pharmaceutical industry; in the production of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, white wine, rice wine, fruit wine, etc.), drinks, juices, syrups, vinegar, etc.; in the chemical industry; for water filtration in electroplating industry and environmental protection, etc.
This filter consists of a handwheel, lead screw, frame, cross beams, pressure plate, filter plates, filter cardboard, thrust plate, sight light, pressure gauge, air valve, fittings, filter cardboard support rod, liquid collection tray and other components. Two cross beams connect the bed and the thrust plate into a single integral frame. Wheels are installed at the bottom of the frame for ease of movement. A lead screw is installed on the frame, to which the pressure plate is connected. Filter plates and filter cardboard are alternately installed between the thrust plate and the pressure plate; Filter cardboard and filter plates form the filter block. The filter plates are divided into inlet and outlet filtrate plates; The dimensions and design of the plates are the same. Square sealing gaskets are installed on both sides of the outlet plate around the perimeter; Filter cardboard is inserted inside the sealing frame. Filter plates and frames are arranged alternately. By rotating the steering wheel, the pressure plate connected to it moves forward or backward, providing compression or expansion of the filter plates.
