The stainless steel edible oil refiner is composed of refining tank, vacuum drying tank, oil pump, electric motor, electric heating system, vacuum system and frame.
1. Crude oil → hydration (degumming and dephosphorizing) → vacuum drying (dehydration) → finished oil.
2.Low quality crude oil → alkaline neutralization (acid removal) → hydration (degumming and dephosphorizing) → vacuum drying (dehydration) → finished oil.
