The 6YY series hydraulic oil press incorporates advanced domestic and foreign technologies, is designed using computer-aided design, and is equipped with an ultra-high-pressure hydraulic system with a maximum pressure of up to 60 MPa and a maximum pressing force of up to 482 tons. It is distinguished by its rational design, ease of operation, safety and reliability, energy saving and environmental friendliness, low labor intensity; The operator only requires simple training to operate the equipment. These products have high productivity, high oil yield and low residual oil content in the cake, being a new type of automated hydraulic oil pressing equipment.
The basic principle of operation is as follows: a mobile squeezing cylinder filled with oilseed raw materials is placed in the working position under the pressure plate of the hydraulic cylinder. With the help of a power element - a combined ultra-high and high pressure pump, a control element - a hydraulic valve and a working element - a hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy. By means of control using an electric contact pressure gauge and a time relay, the complete process of oil extraction is carried out, including loading of raw materials, pre-pressing, automatic stepwise increase in pressure and briquette formation, holding under pressure for extraction and unloading of cake.
